However, such policies routinely exclude coverage for misrepresentations or failed warranties regarding intangible assets. We offer a policy which fills this gap providing security and peace of mind to those involved in such transactions, whether it is the sale or purchase of a single asset, a portfolio of assets or as part of a corporate sale or merger. To apply for coverage simply submit the following items to us:

• A completed and executed application
• A description of the products/services to be insured
• A list of all IP rights owned by the applicant
• A copy of the latest available contract draft
• Details of any infringement clearance advice

Underwriters would then undertake a detailed Underwriting Risk Review of the intangible assets to be protected. A non-refundable fee would normally apply for this service.
