The CAALA sponsored program is underwritten through New York Marine Insurance Company, a California admitted insurer which carries an A.M. Best A (Excellent) VIII rating. The New York Marine policy is specifically designed to provide the essential professional liability coverages consumer attorneys require at an affordable rate. The program also includes access to a free claims consulting hot-line.
