At the annual conference of the National Association of Patent Practitioners held in Alexandria, VA in July, 2006 Dominion Insurance Services' president, Larry Hilton, announced new coverage enhancements to the NAPP sponsored professional liability insurance program. Specifically, NAPP members can now purchase coverage for alleged copyright infringement in publications or presentations by insureds on intellectual property topics. In addition, lawyer practitioners have been granted coverage for work performed in formation of closely held corporations.
